My latest purchase of a Luminox A.3152 was from non other then the Discount Shop. What did I know about this online shop before making the purchase? Well, here's what I found out. DiscountShop is a US based company with warehousing in the US, Europe and Hong Kong. It has very competitive pricing on brands such as Luminox (of course), Hamilton, Nixon, Seiko, Tissot (my personal favourite), DKNY, Fossil, Armani, Adidas, Diesel and the list goes on and on.

My personal thoughts on Discount Shop are all full of praise. Impeccable customer service, well maintained website, fast shipping, unbeatable pricing and most importantly, 100% authentic merchandise.

It is very important for a customer to feel at ease when making purchases online and DiscountShop does a very good job at doing just that. During the process of confirming my order I intentionally, asked questions to which I already had answers to just so that I could test the knowledge of the sales staff. I used different email addresses to do that and the verdict, was favourable every time. They were well armed with all the answers on their products as well as the procedures pertaining to a complicated sales enquiry.  Second test was to make repeated changes to the order (3 times to be exact) to test the patience of the sales staff and to my amazement, they handled it in the most courteous of fashion which is quite remarkable, taking into account these changes were done almost immediately.

So the bottom line is  I was SOLD. I placed an order for the Luminox A.3152 thereafter. Systematically, like a well oiled machine 3 different representatives contacted me on the confirmation of my order. One rep handled the sales and payment (obviously), another reconfirmed my mailing address and the final one, gave me a tracking number and all that within the time frame of 24hrs. I received my watch within 3 days flat. The box was carefully bubble wrapped and methodically, duct taped to prevent damage or theft which was then put into the FedEx envelope. The watch was received in a perfect mint condition.

Based on my personal experience, I felt very comfortable when clicking on that "pay" button during the whole purchase process. I am quite confident that I will be a returning customer as time and again, I like to indulge myself with a good timepiece. To the folks at DiscountShop, keep-up the good work and also, keep those great bargains coming!
